Both Tessera companies work collaboratively with SES to provide an economically viable, highly efficient and scalable solar energy solution to meet the growing demand for reliable and cost-effective renewable energy.

Solar Pioneers, Inc. (SPI) is also a minority shareholder in SES.

A $100 Million Investment

After an extensive industry analysis and detailed company assessment process which identified strategic growth opportunities and technologies in the renewable energy sector, NTR identified Stirling Energy Systems, Inc. (SES) and its break-through SunCatcher™ technology as a clear leader in the Concentrating Solar-Thermal Power (CSP) sector. Following this review, NTR invested $100 million to build the new company and bring the SunCatcher to market.
