Stirling Energy Systems, Inc. (SES), is the global manufacturer of the SunCatcher™ Solar Dish Stirling System, a new breed of Concentrating Solar Power (CSP) technology that allows for large-scale power generation from solar energy. This next generation technology enables the highest conversion efficiency of solar-to-grid quality electricity and was developed over a three-decade public–private partnership with Sandia National Laboratory, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA and the United States Department of Energy (DOE).

In addition to our partnerships with Sandia National Laboratories and the US Department of Energy, Tessera Solar is in cooperation with various manufacturing and industrial entities around the world.
