Bruce Osborn

Mr. Osborn has held key technical, program and operational executive leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies in the automotive, aerospace and consumer electronics industries. Mr. Osborn has also overseen both domestic and international organizations, with over 3,000 people and annual revenues in excess of $1 billion.
Mr. Osborn has been with SES since 1999 and served as Chief Executive Officer, until the NTR investment; having transformed a start-up company into a leader in the utility-scale solar electric industry. In earlier years, Mr. Osborn worked at Ford’s Advanced Development Operations, as one of the original solar pioneers, where the world’s most efficient solar technology was developed. Subsequently, Mr. Osborn led one of the most successful solar energy programs at the United States Department of Energy (DOE). That product still holds the world’s record for solar-to-electricity conversion efficiency.
Under Mr. Osborn’s leadership, SES created $250M of value and advanced the product’s commercialization. His leadership also secured the world’s two largest solar contracts, and $120M in equity financing. Mr. Osborn currently serves on the Boards of Directors for both Stirling Energy Systems, Ltd. and Solar Pioneers, Inc. |

Robert Clark

Mr. Clark is retired President of AT&T (Pacific Region) and Lucent Technologies, and provided leadership for organizations responsible for 30,000 people. Mr. Clark was also responsible for telecommunications and product development operations, generating over $3 billion in annual revenue. In addition to the unique executive management experience of a very large company, Mr. Clark worked with Bell Labs, one of the world's most prolific and successful R&D companies.
Mr. Clark has served on the SES Board of Directors for nine years, and as Chairman, the prior four years. He continues to serve on the Board of Directors for Stirling Energy Systems, Ltd., and as Chairman of Solar Pioneers, Inc. |

Robert Nissenbaum

Mr. Nissenbaum was a pioneer in the natural and organic food industry and built a successful thirty-year career. He became a founding partner of Imagine Foods, which became one of the largest private companies in the history of the natural and organic industry before selling the company in 2002.
Mr. Nissenbaum has served on the SES Board of Directors for the past six years, and is currently an active partner in "green–sustainable" building developments north of San Francisco, California. Mr. Nissenbaum presently serves on the Board of Directors for Stirling Energy Systems, Ltd. and as Board Vice-Chairman for Solar Pioneers, Inc. |
